The Medium Not the Message Definitely
The Medium Not the Message Definitely
Linda McCullough Moore
I realize
the things I write
start out all jaunty,
one said: clever,
but by stanza four
we’ve got us
tatters of polemic,
schoolyard argument.
Gauzy squabble.
No matter.
If the things I say
careen, and
on occasion hit
the guardrails, please
may it never
be imagined
life everlasting
and the love of God
no longer bear
a bit of thought.
on that account.
