A lonely planet in space, twirls.
A single cell.
Gossamer tendrils: white whispers
of arms outstretched, float,
swirl in unexpected breezes.

Escape: the bird’s beak,
the ragged rock,
the twisted thorns. Searches
for soft land, fertile soil,
regeneration.
