In This Silence
In This Silence
S. Rupsha Mitra
Wherever I have arrived, I feel I left
A trail of unidentified stories behind, misty memories, unsnarling maze
And every moment now feels evanescent, hopping from one
Place to another beyond my capture. If I told you, this hibiscus dusk
day, as I stand in the silent flamboyance of cracking light, as the
promises of past traverse to me through the splitting rays, I want to be
awash with godliness, goodness, love. If I were able to divulge the shards, the pathos,
The unholy collapsing schemas, would the Lord assure me of the holiness within me.
Will the innate being of love arrive, these memories passionately building homes
Carved images β to be embellished forever.
This heart turning wiser yet satiated in its molten state.
The sufferings of the mind empathized with, the healing mellow of breath, this
Sky expanding as unconditional love, growing and
Diffusing, staining everything. This silence less abandonment, more
Epiphany, a soft unravelling music of truth in divine symphony.
