May you feel small
beneath a tree
and safe
as you walk
with closed eyes.
Knowing shape
within your step
upon
the way
he made—
the sky
so we
may understand
heaven,
and earth
to know
our place
within it,
and his people
so we
will be
with him,
and age
to perfect
our union.
