Ekstasis shut down the critical voice in my head that kept saying Christian creativity is stunted.

Their effort at trying to create a community isn't some sort of marketing stunt: they truly elevate their followers to the status of fellow creative, revered images of God. I believe they had made the best use of this social media app with the volatility and intimacy of the IG stories, and the aesthetic coherence of the feed. And I take pleasure in sharing their content with my friends—whether they're believers or not.
